I cannot download the EA App since it shows that origin-a.akamaihd.net denied my connection even though my Internet is totally fine. I have tried other ways: adjust and reset DNS IP and it doesnt work. It cannot be installed successfully even though I launched a EA game via Steam.

There are some applications that could cause conflict with the EA app. Can you please have a look at this article, Closing Background Applications, and make sure none of these applications are running?
