Failed to launch game An error on our end caused the launch to fail.

My game still won't launch. At this point I'm hoping I can happen across an old physical copy of the game at Goodwill or something, because this was one of my favorites. I wish EA provided an adequate level of customer service, I'd be willing to purchase again if I wasn't worried I'd just end up back in the same spot. Somehow EA has managed to run their customer service into the ground even harder than they do the gaming companies and franchises they acquire.
