Failed to launch game on our end

Hi,

A few days ago, everything was working fine.

I have all four Sims games updated. I only use CC/Mods in one of them, which is The Sims 4. As the title says, I’ve been experiencing this issue out of nowhere, and it’s driving me nuts. So far, I’ve tried opening The Sims 1 and 2, where I don’t have Mods or CC, and they work

but not like before. In The Sims 4, whenever I try to launch it, even after repairing, reinstalling, or creating a new Sims 4 folder, the issue still persists. Sometimes I don’t even get the pop-up message saying "Failed to launch game on our end" from the app. After hitting the Play button, it sometimes just greys out; other times it opens but either crashes or works normally. Sometimes, the Play button in the launcher does nothing at all.

Please help me this hasn’t happened before.

As far as I know, my drivers are up to date, and I’m running Windows 10.
