Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing. CM edit: edited title for clarity.

Hey all,

This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again.

If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!

I went to repair my game after messing around in Innisgreen and when the EA App got to Enchanted by Nature, I received this message:

I pre-ordered and definitely own the game. No one has access to my account other than myself. Help?

I got the same message when I tried to repair the game. I was able to go into CAS and see the clothing items from the pack, but when I tried to actually go to Innisgreen it just showed a white screen.

Having the same issue. I don't think the pre-order incentives were worth missing out on game play.
