I’m experiecing an issue with my game. When I try to repair it, the process gets stuck at Enchanted by nature fairy garden digital content and then receive message “game ownership disabled or deleted”. Additionally, my sims appearance glitches, in Cas and live mode, as shown in photos. This glitch resolves temporarily when I switch to another outfit.
I have already removed cc (not using mods) before download enchanted by nature and new update. Also tried restarting app, clearing the cache, and updating to the newest app version.
I'm also dealing this problem as I'm even unable to open my game now and its really frustrating. it keeps saying that I don't own that enchanted by nature pack, when I did buy it.
SAME!!! Im so frustrated rn and I dont know what to do!!!
I don’t know either. I tried resetting but I’m just very confused why I can’t repair it :((
Tengo el mismo problema y ya lo he probado todo e incluso reinstalar el juego. Es muy frustrante estar esperando una nueva expansión y que al instalarlo siempre haya algún problemas y no podamos usar el juego. Es un juego muy caro para que siempre esté dando problemas.

I also am getting an error telling me i dont own the digital content for the fairy garden pre-order. which is 100% of why i preordered. I only see the error when i attempt to repair my game, otherwise it looks like i own the content and it is in my account, but it wont let me download it and doesnt show up in game. when i click on the content in the interface it tells me i own it.
I played this game for half a day with the new pack, it crashed several times so I tried repairing it. Now I'm getting the same error that I don't own the game when I do. Fingers crossed they get this fixed soon.
same with me! game started crashing, tried repairing it, got the error once it tried repairing enchanted by nature... grrrr.
I'm getting the same issues after the Enchanted pack. Keep getting EA error saying that failure to launch on our side. Tried several things so far from Clearing cache, clearing app, updating drivers three repairs (now it says I also don't own that enchanted by nature pack, after most recent repair) So I thought okay let's just re buy the new pack ( I better get my pre purchase extras eventually)...Still no go and after another 2 uninstall and reinstall not loading and same error. tis mightily disappointing!
