Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing. CM edit: edited title for clarity.

    Hey all,

    This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again. 

    If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!

I pre-ordered the Enchanted by Nature pack two weeks ago and downloaded it today. Then I got a message saying an update was required. During the update the EA App paused the update on The Sims 4 Fairy Garden Digital Content and said "Game ownership disabled or deleted. We've paused the download because you don't own this title." The same thing happens when I repair the game. I am on an iMac running MacOS Sequoia.

Having this same issue. I preordered the game. I tried to repair my game because new walls I tried to build were not showing up when I would try to edit the home (the lot was within the new world). It repaired all my games except that pack and I received a pop-up saying 'Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted'.
