FC 25 bug

I have a problem when I try to shoot in FC25 every time I press the shoot, pass or defending button it makes the power bar go crazy and make it go way higher than I am trying to. So every time I shoot i end up blasting it over the net. This would not happen before so idk what is wrong. It is not the controller because I tried my other one and the same thing happens. And then I tried to restore default settings and the same thing happens please fix it.
