FC 25 Cannot start

Hello, I downloaded EA Sports FC 25 from Epic Games. The game has always been able to launch normally. I've been having problems launching it for about a week now. When I launch it, a message pops up: Please wait while we launch the partner application. 😞 I'm really asking for your advice. I'm a beginner on both PC and Epic Games. Thank you
