3 years agoHey everyone, If you are still getting stuck on preparing, we need the following info from you. The more of these we have the more logs the team can take a look at as it seems like it is directed to certain games.

- EA ID/Steam user ID:
- Windows OS:
- Windows OS version:
- GPU model and driver version:
- Region:
- Are you using an internal or external drive?
- Are you using an HDD or SSD?
- Date this issue started (is it still happening?)
- Any other errors?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip:
- Attach a DxDiag:
- Attach the EA App Error Report ID Here

Hello Mr. EA_Shepard I have been having the same issue for the past 2 weeks (since 8/28). Any other updates?

- Windows OS: 11
- Windows OS version: 22H2
- GPU model and driver version: Radeon RX 6750XT Driver: 23.9.1
- Region: US
- Are you using an internal or external drive? Internal
- Are you using an HDD or SSD? SSD
- Date this issue started (is it still happening?) 8/28
- Any other errors? Other errors before hand that lead to this
