Fifa 23 - EA PLAY PRO
Hey,
I have an EA play pro subscription and can download different games with the EA PLAY PRO sign.
when I click on fifa 23 it says I have to buy it .. this is included in the EA PLAY PRO no?
What can I do to fix this?

Hey Everyone,
For anyone who has EA Play Pro, with FIFA launch today I wanted to confirm if everyone in this thread is still seeing issues with installing FIFA 23?
Hi Illium,
I am a EA Play Pro member and when I try to access Fifa 23, it says I still need to purchase the game (but I get a 10% EA Play discount).
I have tried clearing the EA app cache but that doesnt help.

Hi @Thogeon Thanks for this information, we may be running into an entitlement issue with the EA Play version, to check have you already reached out to our support to look at your account?

Is there a solution ? I have also bought Fifa 23, I have code and can not download . They only offer me to buy. Is there a mail adress of the EA or are we talking among ourselves?
