Fifa 23 won't start

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) from day one, back in 2022 and to this day

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don't know, try and start Fifa 23 on many different computers (other than those at your devs offices, a PC that has many none EA games on it)
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens, game wont start
What do you expect to see? A loading screen

I can't start Fifa 23 on EA App, I get this error:
''An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again a little later''
Needles to say I did try again, again, again and again and again x100 times.

I had issues with the steam edition of the game as well and thought maybe it was a steam issue with the game, but does not work on EA App either.
I had the game running at one point when I was able to start the game from Origin, but EA being the good bug testers that they alway are ''sarcasm added'' I no longer can run the game because now I am forced to use the EA App instead.
I had huge issues getting the game to run on Steam via Origin, and it only worked a few times, maybe 5% of the time.

I have tried to apply the same solutions I used for Steam/Origin with the EA App version of the game, but does not work, not even once via EA App.

solutions I have tried are as follows:

running EA App and fifa 23 as administrator

uninstalling ea anticheat and reinstall it

uninstalling and reinstalling EA App and game

uninstalling every anticheat in my system

enabling secure boot in bios (why EA would require this of the end user is beyond me, this is not a smart move on you EA.

repairing game in EA App, redownload it etc, you name it

updating graphics card driver etc to latest available, updating windows 11

disabling windows defender antivirus, adding exclusions, etc etc etc.

Reinstalling digital signitures for countless of dll files for the game.

Unplugging every single USB HDMI etc cable, only leaving mouse and keyboard (kinda need those two)
I even tried running the game with no protection on my system other than windows default (Adding exceptions etc)

I expect solutions not mentioned above this line of text, because the above solutions don't help me.
I have a PC worth almost 5000 USD with way above average hardware.
I use it for editing raw media for my drone business, but also use it for almost 20 other games (Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 to mention to most demanding one)
None of my other games have such big issues as Fifa 23, I can play all my other games with high frame rates (and the last time Fifa 23 did start, I had almost 150 to 200 FPS on max graphics settings)

I'm tired of being an unpaid EA employee doing their job finding a solution to get me to play something I paid for and should by default work, at least not take almost 4 months waiting for a fix, which has never arrived.

For your information, a TON of people are having this exact problem, do you even know?
If you can't find me a solution, or at least say the fix is being worked on right now, I expect nothing less but a full refund.

EA needs to start testing before unleashing a broken app.
Not sure if I can ever trust EA again if this is not fix ASAP!!!
