I've got the same problem now for more than 1 week. I tried literally EVERYTHING that I could read and nothing is working.
No support, no nothing, live chat with bot that doesn't even understand the problem, no email, no nothing.
Worst support I've ever gotten by any platform.
Also, this should be an internal EA problem, it cannot be that so many customers have this problem on their own PC's fault.
Hopefully they will see that people have this problem, and they will update their app or even web who knows because this makes no sense and i don't know how people claim they have fixed this issue when I tried 3 different pc's to check if the problem lies with my own PC.
You can actually see from the screenshots that my games won't even show on my order history… Which makes even less sense, but they do show on the help section of the website.

No games are being shown on my library. I tried clearing cache, uninstalling the ea app, i tried opening on different device and with different ISP but nothing helped. Its two weeks now that i cant play/download any games.

Hey there, i've got the same problem with missing games.
I've chatted with the EA Agents but they could not solve my problem and refered me to this forum, I've been playing BF 5 and BF 1 before on the Origins app and on the EA app but when i loged in after a while on EA to install BF 5 my library was empty. Even thou i have the recipes of buying the game and reedeming it, the team could not help me further. I don't know what else to do than write here on forums. I'm also from the region of Kosovo.Waiting on your answer.
