Hi, until today I've had no issues with the EA app. However, today when trying to open the App I get the error message "EA App Crashed Unexpectedly" as per the attached screenshot.
I've looked online at various solutions but nothing has worked - eg I've tried various options such as clearing the cache, deleting the Electronic Arts folder, changing compatability and running as administrator. I managed to get to the log in screen but then it crashed once I'd entered my credentials.
Please advise if there is a general issue with EA and, if not, what I can do to open EA
CM edit: edited title for clarity.
I am also having this issue! Spent the last 30 minutes restarting my computer, going through task manager and closing every ea tab I see, running as administrator, etc. Crash report just keeps popping up, and I just want to play my game ☹️

Same thing. I've spent 15 minutes troubleshooting this to no avail. Making me think EA servers are down.

@kamarovkam123 only thing you can do is check the "EA App Updater" thing.

I am having same issue. Same stupid error message. Tried everything. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Ran as Administrator. Changed password. Nothing.. Waste of my time. Can’t get any answers from EA. Pathetic

26 hours later & for me at least the issue is resolved. I just loaded TS4 from the EA app and it worked.
I did select the play offline option in the app as soon as possible, which I always do. I have done nothing on my end to fix this.
I hope this means the issue is resolved for others too. Good luck!
