Community ManagerHi, until today I've had no issues with the EA app. However, today when trying to open the App I get the error message "EA App Crashed Unexpectedly" as per the attached screenshot.
I've looked online at various solutions but nothing has worked - eg I've tried various options such as clearing the cache, deleting the Electronic Arts folder, changing compatability and running as administrator. I managed to get to the log in screen but then it crashed once I'd entered my credentials.
Please advise if there is a general issue with EA and, if not, what I can do to open EA

Just trying to play the sims 4 and now the EA app keeps saying it’s crashing. I have tried everything and even went to Twitter and I’m not the only one experiencing this so it must be on EA’s end! It was working fine earlier when it was offline but now all of a sudden after the ‘maintenance’ fix it’s not working for a multitude of people!
i’m trying to play it as well but it’s coming up with
“the app crashed unexpectedly we ran into a problem but a quick restart should fix it” tried restarting the app and my pc and turning it on and off at the plug!
the fact there is 31 pages for a topic that is less than a day old...thats an issue they should at least say something about.
oh NOW they say something???
yep....only 31 pages of customers telling them the same thing tho.
