Community ManagerHi, until today I've had no issues with the EA app. However, today when trying to open the App I get the error message "EA App Crashed Unexpectedly" as per the attached screenshot.
I've looked online at various solutions but nothing has worked - eg I've tried various options such as clearing the cache, deleting the Electronic Arts folder, changing compatability and running as administrator. I managed to get to the log in screen but then it crashed once I'd entered my credentials.
Please advise if there is a general issue with EA and, if not, what I can do to open EA

Won't load up for me either, I got the same notification. But it loaded for my sister. I don't understand why it will load for her but not me, my internet is at full bars
I've purchased "A Way Out" on Steam. Every time I try to open it it says that the app "unexpectedly crashed" and says a restart should make it happen. It doesn't. I've also just opened the EA App and it doesn't show my game in the library although my Steam account is linked. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall. I've tried to repair the app. I've unlinked and relinked my Steam account. I've updated my computer. I've checked the cache and cleared it on the EA app. I've checked that the EA App isn't blocked by my firewall. I need help in this! Thank you!

I buy ea play on steam to play fifa 22 but my ea app keeps crashing during the game launching. Need help as soon as possible ☹️
This what happen to me
I can't control my aggression. I bought Battlefield 3 on Steam, I go to your EA PLAY, and you know what? I don’t see my game at all in the library even when linked steam, the launcher doesn’t see anything at all and is made crookedly, sometimes it crashes and says “The app crashed unexpectedly”. I don't have much time and I wanted to rest, but now I'm nervous and angry. THANK YOU! No matter how it sounds, I'm probably too hot-tempered right now, but why can't I find solutions to these problems?
Buy game on steam, unlink my old account with only trial of bf2042, link new, get the problem, cool
How to fix this?
I already try clean cache, run as admin, reinstall app
Ive recently bought Battlefield 1 on Steam and i linked my ea account to my Steam one, but when i click play on my Steam account my EA Desktop Starts "Preparing game..." and then the app crashes, saying "The app crashed unexpectedly" and the game wasnt added to the library

I just bought A Way Out and everytime i launch it i get this error
And when i click on restart app it launches the EA app, tho i bought the game on steam and doesn't display the game in my ea library.
