Community ManagerHi, until today I've had no issues with the EA app. However, today when trying to open the App I get the error message "EA App Crashed Unexpectedly" as per the attached screenshot.
I've looked online at various solutions but nothing has worked - eg I've tried various options such as clearing the cache, deleting the Electronic Arts folder, changing compatability and running as administrator. I managed to get to the log in screen but then it crashed once I'd entered my credentials.
Please advise if there is a general issue with EA and, if not, what I can do to open EA

I have had this same thing since yesterday. Yesterday, I downloaded Flash Player to play Papa's Bakeria directly on my laptop, and it totally crashed the EA app. It's not working and I tried everything that was recommended. I am helpless and I'm on the verge of crying...
I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I've tried everything to no avail. I can't even play Sims 3 because the app straight up won't open.
EA aop is still down for me. Was anyone else able to get it running again?
