Flash Drive Issues

I ran out of disk space so I decided to put the EA App and Sims 4 on a flash drive to free up space. I was able to open the EA app from my flash drive just fine, but when I try to open Sims 4 to play it, it won't open because of an Access Denied error to /Volumes/Samsung USB/EA Games/The Sims 4.app/Contents/Data/Client/Resource.cfg_DiP_Staged. Does anyone know how to fix this?
