EA FC 26 Steam/EA App EA Play Pro bug

I pre-ordered EA FC 26 Standard Edition on Steam and pre-loaded it but I wanted the EA Play Pro early access on 18th of September so I bought the subscription on EA app. My issue is that it won't give me the option to download the game (attachment). It also says that the "Standard Edition" is included through EA Play Pro membership. This should be as far as I know the "EA Play Pro Edition" for the early access on 18th of September. I know pre-load should be possible since the 11th of September.

My Steam and EA accounts have been linked since last year, so I thought that the issue might have been that the EA app is registering the Standard Edition I bought on Steam over my EA Play Pro subscription.

I unlinked the 2 accounts thinking this could revert the Standard Edition on EA App to the EA Play Pro Edition but to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated preferably before the release of the game in 15 hours. And also for the people in the same boat as me: did you also buy one of the editions (Standard Edition: 26th Sep) or (Ultimate Edition: 19th Sep) through Steam first with your accounts also linked?
