Friend offline

Hi, Im having an issue with my friend, we use to play without any problems, but since 3 month ago I can't see him online neither in EA APP or on game, for play together we have to delete and add again, then we can play for that game session, next day we have to do the same to play, has any of you have this issue before?

PD: Both of us can see other players online. Other thing I notices is that I can't report a case from de EA APP.
