Friends list doesn't load in EA Desktop app, but works on Origin.

As the title says, EA Desktop does not load the friends list but displays a message that says "An error occurred and your friends list could not be located. Try again soon.". This has been happening ...

Hey everyone, 

We appreciate the reports on this! 

Can you let me know if you're still having the same issue with your friends list? There was a recent update that may have helped with this, so I just want to see if anyone is still running into the same problems.
