GAME IS NOT DOWNLOADING THROUGH EA APP

Summarize your bug when i am downloading the game its showing preparing but actually it is not downloading through EA app below mentioned process i already done 1. uninstalled the EA APP re - installed and grant administrations access 2. Disabled all the windows security 3. Menu --> Help --> App recovery 4.As instructed with EA support restarted the PC and open the EA app as administrator access clicked three dots which is available in selected game and still same 5. checked background service and it is working Please note that above mentioned point is already done but the problem still exist and i have annual subscription so please help me on this immediately
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go to EA app select the game and click on download and it will show preparing if you can arrange Microsoft teams assistant it will be great and much appreciated
What happens when the bug occurs? game is not downloading
What do you expect to see? download the game to my PC and able to launch the game and play it successfully
