Game Library is empty

Suddenly the EA App is saying my Game Library is empty and that I don't have any games installed even though I do (Sims 3, Sims 4, Sims Medieval). I tried logging in and out of the app, repairing the...

Let's try clearing the cache for the EA app with the steps here, if your library is still showing as empty, let me know!
