Re: Sims 4 - Game License Invalid

I have been having this problem for months now. Basically I stopped playing for a few weeks because I was busy, when I come back to play I go to try and launch The Sims 4 on the EA app and it comes up saying "Game License is Invalid" and tells me to clear the app cache. I tried everything. I eventually gave up and didn't play for a few more days hoping it would resolve itself. I go back a few days later and it launches the game perfectly fine with no error, and I didn't do anything to fix it, it fixed itself. Fast forward maybe another couple weeks and it's doing it again. The same "Game License is Invalid" and telling me to clear the cache. I researched till no end and tried absolutely everything that was suggested. I even seen people having the same issues from years back and never got it fixed. It has been MONTHS now with me still trying everything, continuously uninstalling both the EA app and the game itself, asking for help from Sims youtubers and on discord and nothing. I own almost every single pack and have owned The Sims 4 since pre order days before it was free. Every other Sims game launches fine with no issue. All of that wasted money makes me livid. EA support as we all know is a joke. The Sims team is also a joke at this point. I've lived and breathed The Sims franchise since I was 5 years old and I'm now 21....With that being said, I never thought I'd wanna ditch The Sims completely. I'm to the point I just want my **bleep** money back which is well over $1,000, if I can't play anymore.  If anyone has any answer of some sorts or someone I can get help from that actually cares and will help I am all open. I'm so desperate for help because this is my life and I'm already devasted.    

Disclaimer! It says to try relaunching the game in offline mode but when I do I still get the error code just in different format with error code: EC:204. Attachments of both below.

Also, I've read where you could just rebuy the game because it would come with a new license but since The Sims 4 is now free that's not really an option and some people said the license is connected to your account not your PC anyway so idk. UGH SOMEONE HELP!
