Game License invalid

I've been having this issue for awhile now, whenever I try to launch the game I keep getting an error message saying the game license is invalid, so we suggest re-launching in online mode or clearing cache. I've done all of the above, uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app and the actual game. I'm currently running the newest version of the app and still having the issue. I spoke to the chat for help and they tell me to write the forum....Can someone assist with this issue?
