Game not launching and EA account Issues

Iam very dissatisfied and disappointed due to the inconvenience caused by the EA team Firstly after purchasing and installing the game in steam i opened it to play the game but the game is not opening and struck at the preparing game and also my EA account is not working stating that we are working on the issues and my library is not showing any games including FC 24 stating that “games have been removed from your library “and also “things are taking a little longer than usual to load up” I have done every method your help center suggested to do but none of it fixes my issues please make it solved quickly so i can enjoy my game
