Please clear the cache for the EA app and the Xbox app, and then give it another try.
The EA app
- Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.
- Scroll to Help.
- Click App recovery.
- Select Clear cache.
Xbox app:
Go to Settings> System> Apps & features> Select App> Advanced options> Reset.
Let me know how that goes.

I am having the same issue, I was playing Jedi Survivor earlier today, launched it this afternoon and Ea app library say games have been removed from your library, jedi survivor has been removed and reason is Your Epic Subscription has ended, renew your subscription to continue playing.
I have an ultimate pass and its linked properly.
