Please clear the cache for the EA app and the Xbox app, and then give it another try.
The EA app
- Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.
- Scroll to Help.
- Click App recovery.
- Select Clear cache.
Xbox app:
Go to Settings> System> Apps & features> Select App> Advanced options> Reset.
Let me know how that goes.

@EA_Pulsar this seems to be related to the issue with games dissapearing from the ea app I have an issue where I'm subscribed to the xbox game pass but all the ea games I had downloaded from the xbox app that were added to my ea app have been removed and that it states they were removed because a subscription to epic had ended but I never was subscribed to epic in the first place
