Please clear the cache for the EA app and the Xbox app, and then give it another try.
The EA app
- Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.
- Scroll to Help.
- Click App recovery.
- Select Clear cache.
Xbox app:
Go to Settings> System> Apps & features> Select App> Advanced options> Reset.
Let me know how that goes.

@EA_Pulsar The steps for the xbox app are not as in the app, I cant find my way of fixing the issue that way. I literally played jedi survivor yesterday and still have it taking up space but can't run it since it says that my game pass expired which it did and i renewed it but EA app didnt register it , i have tried everything people mentioned in the related threads, nothing fixed the issue so far.
