Game says it won't finish downloading until year 2407.

So my laptop broke and I had to get it fixed. Unfortunately, it deleted everything on my laptop, so I had to redownload everything. Well, I went to download Sims 4 and it says it will take 3,353,391 hours until it finishes. I closed out of the EA tab, turned off my internet, and pressed cancel download, but it won't. It's stuck saying, Canceling, but is doing nothing. I have no idea what to do.
