Please give this a try and let me know how that goes:
1. Navigate to the folder: C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License
- Program Data is a hidden folder
2. Cut and move all .dlf files to a separate folder
- The License folder should remain empty
3. Clear the EA app cache> and restart the EA app.
Hi @EA_Pulsar i just tried this. still gets stuck in a loading loop. i hit the play button, i get the loading launch bar. both it and the ea app minimize but the game never launches it will go back to the ea app and loading bar
