case was solved eventually by an agent from EA Support
Hi @EA_Poppy , you seem to not have read my post properly or look into the files attached.
After I press "download", it just says "installing" with 0% progress on the bar forever(I've waited for hours). It never says anything else and there is no progress whatsoever.
The steps from the link you attached are the common steps that I, once again as I said in the post above, have tried with no success.
I have no problem with my internet connexion and have tried to download games on different networks, cable and wifi and even different countries, nothing works. Even talking to somebody from EA support didn't fix it, they told me to post here after they already provided the same steps you did, again you can see this in the files attached.....
EA app Teamfacing same issue not even agent is ready to solve says everything is done @SansGelatine.
