I am using a Macbok Air with M2 chip and I tried to download the Sims 4 application from the Steam application, but it was not installed. Since there is no Mac version, I tried to download and install the EA application. I press the download button and it says 2% full, but every time it is 00.0gb, the download is canceled saying there is an internet connection problem and it says get support. EA bot did not help. I sent a message to EAHelp user from the X platform, but no one responded. There is no reason why Sims 4 should not be downloaded, but it is not downloading, can you help?
