Game Wont Launch, Tried reinstalling and its just frozen on canceling

If your game doesn't load the first step you should take is renaming or moving the Sims 4 folder so a new one is generated. This differentiates between a user data problem such as out of date Mods, corrupted files, broken saves and a game installation issue. However, because you're now having a game installation issue I'm moving your thread to the EA App Mac forum as it is not a Sims 4 issue. Once you have your game running you need to start with a clean Sims 4 folder to figure out your initial problem.
