Hi, currently having an issue when trying to download WRC 24 on PC via the EA app with EA Play. The download will not start, other games install fine so this seems to be a game-specific issue.
I get the message "You don't have access We've paused the download because you don't own this title. You can cancel the download, keep it paused, or visit the Game Hub for more options." when attempting to install the game. If I try to add the game to my library I get the message "There's a problem with your download Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again."
I have cleared my EA cache countless times, restarted my PC many times, deleted files from %localappdata%, ran the EA app as admin, and performed DNS flush (as instructed by the EA live chat). Still unable to download the game.
Live chat could not resolve the issue, so they advised me they have passed it along. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and/or if anyone has any other steps I could try to resolve this?

EDIT: After a little research I figured out that it was mostly people with two active memberships that were having this problem (eg. EA play via EA directly & via gamepass at the same time) I contacted support to end my original membership immediately rather than waiting for it to expire, leaving my gamepass membership active, and the game installed fine instantly.
