Grunge Mudroom

I purchased Grunge Mudroom on August 28, 2025, but then was dealing with issues in RL and didn't realize it hadn't downloaded. In one place in-game it says its not available. In Build Mode it says I don't have this content except I paid for it.

I tried following the directions to clear cache in the EA app, but there isn't a 3-dot menu on the upper left-hand side, it's on the upper right-hand side, but doesn't include a help option. 

I would've skipped this purchase if I'd realized at the time of purchase that it's cc. idk, it's listed as cc online. If it's truly c I don't want, but wondering how it could've been an in-game purchase as cc. I'm confused. It shows in my EA account as purchased on August 28, 2025 and it's now too late to request a refund. :/ I'm dissatisfied with this purchase.

Is there any way to trade this cc content for Refined Livingroom, Sleek Bathroom or Restoration Workshop? I don't want cc in my game in any way, shape or form.
