@Bluebellflora It does not work. I am not getting rewards, or any indication there is a event going on on the EA app.
It states in the event page: "...Event will be available beginning on May 30, 2024 on PC via EA app™, Mac® via Origin...". ORIGIN?!

Yes I can read and clearly it’s an oversight. I’m using EA App and have the event and have claimed the first two. Your issue is something else. Perhaps if you provide more info about your Mac and list what troubleshooting steps you have taken to fix it such as renaming the Sims 4 folder to force a new one to be generated, or repaired the game in EA App, we can help you.
How?? Please explain. Bc it’s not working and EA website says it’s via Origin for MAC? But newer MAC users can’t use Origin?? It’s circle with no resolution?

I have no idea why you're not getting the option which is why I have asked you for further information to try and help you troubleshoot the problem. I deleted some files in /Library folder, and it seemed to help me!!
Here is a list of the steps you can try:
(Repairing game in EA app did nothing, also moving and generating new The Sims 4 -folder did not change anything.)
