having prloblem to log in to the EA app

can not log in with any account, it says that we are offline, while all other aplications are working normaly.
The screen of the Ea app has to EA icons an we can not check either remember me box or be invisible bx, and we can not choose to change pasword,.
The same problem is if we want to log in through website, mobile phone ore steam...
it works on other PC, but phone does not work anywhere.

I have made contatcts with Ea nothing has been changed, and we tried evry solution that is online.
