HELLO I HAVE A PROBLEM ON DOWNLOADING EA GAMES FROM XBOX APP

when i click install button on xbox app on every ea game they automatcly transfer me to ea app but the problem is that the download never start and i have pc gamepass tho also i hope u help ASAP
