I have this problem too after I downloaded the app yesterday. I've managed to guess what the hidden boxes were asking for (email and password) so managed to log in, but it opens as a blank box too. Once I'm logged in though I can open games from the desktop icons.

No. I've spoken to three different advisors, repaired the app, installed and reinstalled the app, clean booted my computer, no luck. The final advisor told me he was going to make a report, but I may not get a direct response. Just sitting and hoping it will be fixed soon, really frustrating.

mm yea I moved on, though id come check in. Hope you get your solution for the same thing that I had/ have. You got more luck with someone actually getting in touch with you. wish there was a refund option as if id known id only get to play $200 NZD worth of games for only 1 month. Id never would have bought any of it. All the best and hope you get things fixed.
- 3 years ago@Derby_Girl_994 No one got in touch with me, I went to the EA contact page and chose to speak to someone online. If you feel like it, it might be worth seeing if you can chat to someone. If they're getting the same problem reported multiple times they might get on it quicker. Driving me bananas tbh 🥲
If I get a fix I'll post it here though for anyone else having the same problem.
