HELP CAN'T PURCHASE ANYTHING!

What happens when the bug occurs? I want to be able to purchase something, every time I try to purchase something it keeps saying my request could not be processed, I just bought something with this visa and I checked the balance, it still has 48 dollars yet when I try to purchase another expansion pack, it doesn't work! It keeps saying this, and I know it works because I just purchased wedding stories with it and that worked.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please try the following steps to clear up this error:
- Use a different payment method
- Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
- Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
- Make sure the location on your account matches your real location
