How do I bypass the EA App and access Origin to play games.

With this forced change i can't use anymore mods in my FIFA23 (i JUST PLAY OFFLINE), i read that if you put a command in the manage game options you can use them, but in manage game i don't have the "Advanced launch options",  I just have the "buy another version" option.

Can i go back to origin or my game will instal the * ea app again?
