My main problem is I need to find the old game codes for my digital Sims 3 add-ons. EA is so broken I can not get that there. It's no secret the EA App is the biggest downgrade from origin. Trust me I will never buy another EA product for as long as I live after going through a month of BS, just to play games I already own! How about, I can actually use the only app that has ever worked? I spent a week trying to open origin and this is what I get? How do I not update EA so I can actually use origin? It is telling me to update or go f myself. What else do I expect from EA at this point? It's not like an actual person will talk to me. I tried and they just opened a new support ticket and moved it to the next person! Is it so difficult to actually try giving customer support? I just want my games, why won't you let me? I just want to close that pop-up. I just need to use the origin app. Why is it so difficult to deal with EA? Your website is broken, your app is broken, and your customer support is broken. The only thing that worked you broke so we can't use it!
Is there a way to set a flag or something in here to easily go back to the ones that are important to me, in the future? If so, please let me know and thanks again.
