How to completely remove a game from my account?

I have Battlefield 3 which I bought but it is a Russian region version, not sure how that came about. I would like to completely remove the game (not hide or un install but removed for good) from my account so I can purchase the english version.

How do I go about doing so, I have tried EA support but I cannot find a wayt o contact customer support it keeps sending em in circles to the answer section which does not help.
