Thank you for reporting the Error Code EC:10005 in the EA app that some of you have been experiencing.
After reviewing the already provided EA app Error Reporter IDs, our teams have determined that this error code is often caused by issues with your home network or Internet Service Provider (ISP), or temporary interruptions in the EA app services. In most cases, this error code can be resolved by rebooting your modem/router or reconnecting your device to the WiFi if you are connected wirelessly to your modem/router.
We've also heard from players who mentioned that their WiFi extender or repeater could be the culprit behind this error code. Unfortunately, these devices have a tendency to cause connection problems in some cases.

Our top recommendation is to connect your device directly to your router using a wired connection, as this provides the most stable connection.
