I'm having this issue as well. Error EC 10000. I have tried all of these "troubleshooting" suggestions, and nothing has helped. I just want to be able to play my game and DLC that I've PAID for. So frustrated.

@topazjones1234 Delete cache and use free VPN. ProtonVPN is an option. (Will work with Windows. It might be difficult to manually delete cache on Mac).
