My ea app won't launch correctly. I tried clearing the cache as suggested in another post, but it still isn't working. I have windows 11. All these technical problems are making me discouraged to play my games mainly I play the sims 4. sometimes when I go to launch the app it says that the background services have crashed and that it needs to update. Then, a command prompt shows up and it says the app is already up to date and exits the command prompt.
I can't believe its been years since EA app release and its still riddled with bugs. Almost every time I want to play my games and I start the app it either doesn't open or it pops up blank with no options.
I've troubleshooted everything:
All give the same shotty results. Half the time the app launches and I am able to login and play or half the time the UI doesn't appear, can't connect, or UI appears blank.
The only thing people are agreeing on in the forums is that its related to having windows 11 and to reformat to windows 10 if you want to use the app.. what a joke.
You guys should bring back the Origin app while you fix the EA app or even better give us the option to play our locally installed games without the EA app.
