How to fix "We had some trouble procesing your request"-ea app

Hello! I am trying to pre-order EA SPORTS FC 25 and when I try to fininsh the payment it shows the error. It's from EA or from my account or pc?

Most of the time, such an error code is related to the payment method. Can you state the complete error message here?

If it does mention your payment method, then please go ahead and try a different one to resolve this issue.

        I am also having trouble, I have PRE LOADED Fc25 On steam and Im trying to do it on EA it is saying "We had some trouble processing your request, We couldn't process your request because EA SPORTS FC 25 is managed by Steam. Go to Steam to complete your request. How do I fix this?
