Same to me, formatted ssd and clean install of windows and EA app.
The problem looks like this :
1) I open the client and I have to accept the new terms;
2 ) exit from client ;
3) I launch the client and the app forgets the login
4 ) I enter the data with the tick on "remember login";
5 ) I exit the client;
6 ) I launch the client and have to accept the new terms;
5 ) I exit the client, return, and the app forgets the login
6 ) endless loop......
P.S. : the only time the app remembers the login is when I have to accept the new terms.
Thank you for posting that @ILManzo. That's an excellent summary and exactly what is happening with mine as well.

@twinkles21 @ILManzo, could you both try to make a new fresh Windows Administrator account and see if it happens on that account as well, or if it is only happening to you on your usual Windows account?

Hi @EA_Leeuw I created the new admin acct and attached screens. It is the same cycle. I logged in to the EA app on the new admin acct with my credentials, it loaded normally. I closed the EA app, when re-opened, it asks to accept the T&C again. I accept the T&C and close the EA app. When I reopen it again, it prompts for my credentials, *repeat cycle*

Also, I should mention this is happening on my laptop as well. Which is Windows 11, whereas my desktop is Win 10.

This happens to a lot of people, including myself and a friend I usually play with, since a few weeks now.
On the German board a mod confirmed that there is an issue on EA side.
And yet they ask people to do the same crap tests all around as if this was a client sided issue
that the user can fix.
As with everything EA, like seeing friends online and join their games every now and then: We will have to wait the coupleof months until they fix it.

Unfortunately, they've chosen to go silent on the numerous threads of people mentioning this issue. Both not good and not a surprise. I wish you good luck and a timely fix with our issue, OP and others.
