I bought the sims4 lovestruck pack but it still says buy it

Hey, 

I bought The sims 4 lovestruck pack today, but it still says buy. 
now i'm I from the Netherlands and I can pay with klarna I thought maybe that was the problem first. 
so i went to EA Help to ask if i could cancel it but they said i couldn't because it is already paid.. 
now i dont know what to do because i already deleted  my sims cc and my sims4 itself, but it still says the same. 

I fr don't know what to do so pls help me
