I bought The Tea Solarium and Silver screen style kits and one wont download

As the title states I bought the aforementioned packs and only one of them downloaded, the Tea Solarium one. I have cleared the cache, repaired my game, and restarted my macbook 3 times and it just wont download. it gives me no error codes, just says there was a problem and wont download. I have 100gb of storage left, so thats not the issue either.
